Expert support and knowledge built on years of hands-on experience across the wind turbine blade lifecycle.
Raw Data Analysis & Technical Reviews
We provide independent technical analysis of pre-captured external and internal visual blade inspection data. Using our experience with blade structures and defect behavior, we identify, classify, and assess defects to deliver clear, actionable insights that support maintenance, repair, and long-term asset management decisions. We work directly with inspection data shared by our customers and we are flexible regarding data format, structure, and storage location. Inspection data can be provided in any commonly used format and may be hosted in shared folders, asset portals, or other customer-managed platforms. The specific data access, structure, and delivery method are agreed in advance. Our approach is process-oriented and adaptable, allowing us to align with existing workflows. This flexibility helps us to minimize setup time, reduces operational friction, and ensures that analysis is performed in the most efficient way for each project.

Data & Analysis Report Re-evaluation
We re-evaluate existing inspection data and completed analysis reports to verify accuracy, completeness, and consistency. This quality control check helps identify missing defects, misclassifications, inconsistent severity assessments, or gaps that could impact technical and financial decision-making. While inspection providers and analytical tools aim for the highest possible accuracy, it is no secret that minor — and occasionally even critical — issues can be missed. In practice, miss rates are never truly zero. Human factors, data volume, inspection conditions, and interpretation differences can all lead to overlooked defects. The same applies to automated and AI-based tools, which, despite their strengths, cannot guarantee 100% defect capture in real-world conditions. For this reason, an independent second review is a valuable safeguard, even when there is full confidence in the inspection provider and analysis process. Our re-evaluation acts as an additional quality layer, helping reduce risk, validate findings, and increase confidence in inspection results before repairs, reinvestments, or further inspections are planned.
Repair Time Estimations
Based on identified defects and blade condition, we provide detailed repair time estimations to support planning, cost forecasting, and resource allocation. These estimates take into account defect type, severity, location, and typical repair methodologies. Our service also allows you to compare the manhours calculated by your service providers with independent assessments, helping to identify deviations and verify the reliability of supplier-reported hours. This can significantly reduce the risk of overpaid invoices and ensure fair budgeting for repairs. Additionally, repair time estimations help prioritize maintenance activities by highlighting which assets or defects are most time-consuming to repair.

Blade Defect Insights & Recommendations
We provide expert guidance and recommendations for interpreting wind turbine blade defects and related issues. Leveraging our extensive experience, we consult on specific defects using visual inspection data and, when needed, additional information to ensure accurate analysis. Our advisory services help identify defect causes, assess potential risks, and recommend next action steps. By combining practical guidance with actionable recommendations, we enable asset owners and service providers to make informed decisions that reduce risk, optimize maintenance efforts, and improve overall operational efficiency.
